Regarding our Wellness Exam Policy: The first visit for a new patient cannot be an annual wellness exam.
Annual wellness visits are recommended for established patients who comply with follow-up appointments.

The girls are the best! The nurse practitioner Soumya has such a caring heart and truly loves to help people! Dr Umar Farooq is a great Doctor and is great at giving back to the community especially by helping the Doctors to grow to be even better!
