“I brought my daughter in to get her prom dress hemmed and some other alterations done. The bottom of the dress had a stiff trim (horsehair) sewn into the hem that needed to be cut off in order to do the alterations. We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn’t like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn’t think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!!
