Planned Parenthood - Bensalem Health Center

I couldn’t have had a better experience with an IUD placement. I am 20 and TERRIFIED of medical things and have a panic disorder. I had attempted an iud the day before at another location and they denied me half way through. Lila was my doctor she did absolutely amazing at keeping me calm and getting me through it. For someone with 10/10 anxiety about these things I stayed calm and the pain never got worse than a 4/10! Lila was so amazing and so helpful. God bless everyone who works there for helping me!!!!

Wonderful experience here. From the receptionist to the medical assistants to the practitioner, everyone was so lovely and professional. I needed an appointment and my regular Gyn couldn't see me for weeks; I was able to make this appointment online with quick turnaround *and* this was such a better experience than my normal practice. Thank you so much.

I came here for a wellness visit/pap smear. I usually go to the Warminster location but unfortunately they had to shut down. I was nervous to come to a new location, but was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of each staff member I encountered. The man working the front desk was very thorough and kind, regarding all of the info he had to go over with me, being a new patient. Diamond was the staff member who took me back and asked lots of medical history questions. I was very nervous (as I always am at doctors) and she was incredibly sweet, kind and understanding.
