I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, polite, and beyond respectful. I have never felt so safe and comfortable in a doctor’s office.

I came here for a wellness visit/pap smear. I usually go to the Warminster location but unfortunately they had to shut down. I was nervous to come to a new location, but was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of each staff member I encountered. The man working the front desk was very thorough and kind, regarding all of the info he had to go over with me, being a new patient. Diamond was the staff member who took me back and asked lots of medical history questions. I was very nervous (as I always am at doctors) and she was incredibly sweet, kind and understanding. The nurse practitioner I saw, Constance, I really thought went above and beyond. She helped me understand my own health issues more thoroughly than any doctor had before. She asked me multiple times if I had questions about anything and was so willing to answer them. She seemed like she actually cared about me and wanted me to understand what was going on during each step of my visit. I imagine that it is not easy to work in an underfunded medical facility, but the staff members I saw during my visit seemed like they actually cared about their job and their patients. That is rare in my experience. I will definitely come back.

They charged me $260. I was shocked. They had never charged me so much money. At the Walminster clinic they were the best. I will never go to this Bensalem clinic again. The girl who helped me told me that for each appointment I went they were going to charge me $260. It's terrible, I don't recommend it. I get angry because they resent my arrival because they didn't tell me that they were going to charge me $260. and I waited 2 hours, my appointment was at 10:35 and they moved me at 12:35

I came in for some quick testing with serious nerves about it -- the folks at the front desk were helpful, I was taken back quickly & Alice, the one who did the testing, was compassionate and reassuring. Was affordable, fast and friendly

The white nurse she was friendly and patient but the doctor horrible she was very upset and she doesn’t have time to listen to you

I just visited this Planned Parenthood to obtain birth control, and my experience was disappointing . Upon arrival, the front desk 2 color hair person diligently checked my insurance status, cautioning me about potential out of pocket costs if my insurance wasn't active.The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of nurse, Yojadi who was the real highlight because if not Id be giving it 1 star. Her professionalism and empathy shone brightly. She not only educated me on the various birth control options available but also took the extra step to find a financially viable choice for me, considering my insurance uncertainty. I told her I wanted the mirena ,based on previous positive experience of 5 years. to which she immediately went to verify that they had it and confirmed with them its cost effectiveness (free device with a $65 insertion fee), showing her attentiveness to my needs.However, the process took a negative turn when the front desk person communicated to Yojadi that my insurance had been confirmed, pushing for the Liletta device instead, which would be entirely covered. Despite my preference for Mirena, due to my prior experience, this front desk person seemed more inclined towards an option that would ensure they were compensated by my insurance. Yojadi's efforts to advocate for my choice were evident, but ultimately, the insistence on Liletta by front desk led to a full stop , and I left the facility without any birth control.Its so sad to be confronted with a system that appeared to prioritize financial considerations over patient preference .It's crucial for the people working in healthcare to remember that that they should prioritize patient needs and preferences above all. Financial logistics should not override the personal and informed choices of patients.Again the only good thing was that I encountered a healthcare professional, Yojadi, who exemplified care and consideration, genuinely looking out for my best interests.

Went there yesterday for an annual and the staff was absolutely incredible. Compassionate and overall you could tell they genuinely cared about patients.

I was appreciative that I was seen, considering I was a walk-in. I was told I had a two hour wait. People with appts left due to excessive waiting. I am in the exam room as i post this review. 2 1/2hrs and still waiting.All of the doctors/pa staff were efficient.

Online confirms $60 for testing since they no longer accept my insurance. Just last year it was only $10 copay. Arrived 20mins early for paperwork to be told it's now $100 since they updated system beginning of the year. Its almost October and site doesnt reflect new pricing; which is obsurd. Canceled and left. Testing costs nothing at my doctor but PP is usually more convenient. No longer will be using their services.

First visit was great, but the next time we had to come for an appointment just to pick up a prescription, it took over 2 hours. Appointment was for 12 and we did not leave until after 2. Essentially all that was given was a piece of paper for a 2 hour wait time.
