I call for service they came out the next day. I had already encased my mattresses and box springs, when they came they inspected my mattresses and box springs and told me I did a good job. The bed bugs where there dead. They proceeded to spray my house and 2 weeks later got the second treatment. I really appreciate them.They are very friendly.Service: Bed bugs
