It is not often today that you get this high quality, courteous, and professional service. We are so happy that we retained Dowd and I would urge anyone looking for heating and air conditioning to use them as well.
The gentlemen came and introduced themselves. My air has stopped working on a very humid day. He diagnosed the issue in seconds and fixed the issue quickly. He was not happy with some of the numbers he was receiving. So he checked outside and remedied the situation.
