Just got a haircut here and it looks pretty good, but I feel like I waited a bit longer than I expected. The vibe is chill and the barbers are nice, so I might give it another shot next time.

The owner personally reached out, apologized and refunded me. The customer service especially from the owner was handled very professionally. The issue was acknowledged, resolved and feedback was taken seriously. I appreciate the way this was handled and have no further complaints.

Mon at Catch a Fade is my goto barber. He always takes his time to make sure I leave with the exact cut I want, and we always have great conversations while Iβm in the chair. The other barbers in the shop are always respectful and professional too. Just make sure you have an appointment, Mon stays busy for a reason. Highly recommend if youβre looking for a clean cut and good people.

I've been taking my son here for his cuts for just about two years after trying out our fair share of barbers. To preface, my son has sensory difficulties, haircuts had always been an issue. Jake does a great job on his cuts and is more patient than any barber has been with him. All the guys on staff are nice, courteous and hilarious. The shop is always clean and atmosphere is great.
I'm generally not one to write reviews, even for negative experiences, but recents for this business have lit a match in me. When it comes to the staff at the shop being accommodating, our guy Jake has literally come on his day OFF to cut my son's hair when we needed it done ASAP for an event. Catch-a-Fade is top tier when it comes to taking care of their clientsππ½

My son needed a fade cut for rotc class on Wednesday so we stopped in Tuesday after school. With only one other customer in a chair and two chairs open we were told that since we didn't have an appointment they couldn't cut his hair since they were waiting on customers that had appointments. My son really liked his first visit but I was not impressed and think they could have tried to be more accommodating or set us up with a later appointment if that is what is needed to not lose a customer.
