Dr Thomas is very knowledgeable very thorough and cares about his patients every time I come here I leave feeling like I’ve been taken care of if you’re looking for an eye doctor make an appointment here.
First time patient at this office and the experience was so incredible. Flexible appointment options, kind lady at the front desk, and an excellent, knowledgeable, thorough doctor. Received an appointment reminder, receptionist was able to pull up my insurance/coverage information with just name and DOB. Dr. Thomas explained everything as he examined. He did not rush through the appointment and took down a detailed medical history. Everything was explained so well. Seriously, I have never had this thorough of an eye examination. Hands down the best specialist I have ever been to. I saw Dr. Thomas after bouncing around from one horrible optometrist to another. I was used to machinery old than me, half-answered questions, and doctors using their own fingers to get the contacts out of their packaging. Then I came here and all of that changed.Dr. Thomas has been nothing but professional and polite. He answers all of my questions in enough detail to satisfy my curiosity and in layman's terms so I understand everything.
