The Best Western Plus Philadelphia Bensalem Hotel offers a range of amenities, including a free hot beverage machine, pool, and Jacuzzi. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. The location is super convenient with lots of things nearby and just a short trip to just about anything you could need. The hotel has comfortable beds and is a great deal for Parx Casino guests. The manager was super helpful and receptive to feedback, and the customer service from the front desk people is really good. All of the rooms looked, smelled, and most importantly felt clean.
The location was super convenient but the staff need re-education training on working with people with disabilities. I also had a very difficult time with check in for the two rooms we paid for. I will say, the manager was super helpful and receptive to feedback.
Rooms: All of the rooms I was in looked, smelled, and most importantly FELT clean.
Nearby activities: This location was super convenient with lots of things nearby and just a short trip to just about anything you could need.
Rooms were okay, ended up staying 2 nights in two separate rooms the second room we couldn't figure out how to get the shower head to work so we ended up taking baths.
Food & drinks: There is a Dunkin Donuts located like right on site pretty much
This place is awesome! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because I thought I was getting a room w a hot tub but didn't. Rooms are clean, big and staff was extremely helpful
