The Cranberry office is absolutely worthless. They will force you to make appointments for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need. They do it to ripoff the insurance and charge you a copay. Front office staff are rude, uncooperative, and useless. You will be sorry and you will pay for things like 5 minute appointments every 30 days to renew prescriptions you need to be on long term. They keep billing the insurance and charging you co-pays month after month. It's a disgrace.
Love the doctors here. Honestly they are great. But the practice and office doesn’t respect your time. Schedule an appointment right when they open? Wait 30 minutes after you arrive in the waiting room. Nurse appointment that’s supposed to be quick? Hope you have an hour or two to burn. I get that things happen but it is EVERY single time we bring our daughters in. Nothing is ever on time.
Front desk lady doesn’t seem to want her job anymore. Rude attitude and doesn’t wait longer than 4 seconds before she hangs up on you. Called 5 times and finally she answered with a horrible attitude.
