I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I've been bringing my kids here for six years, and honestly, I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff and doctors.

This office has gone way down hill over the last 14 years. The front desk staff is very unpleasant usually (in person and on the phone) They are unprofessional, sitting on their personal cell phones. This is just a general review. I once had to sit in a room for an hour with my profoundly autistic child for an appointment with no communication. We had to leave. After my kiddos next wellness checks we will be going elsewhere.

For the last year an a half we have had very excellent care for my children the nurses that handle my kids are wonderful.

At this last appointment I scheduled an appointment for 9 am for my daughter because she really wasnt feeling her best. I ask for an online appointment but was told my child would have to be seen by a doctor. We arrived to our appointment at 850am did the check in online. There was no parking in the lot but we found some on the street. We came in an check in again. We sat in the waiting room from 852am until 928 when I went to the front desk to ask them to cancel the appointment. My daughter came in with a red ozzy eyes an a bad cold/cough....read full review
