Bradley stopped by to check out the situation and informed me it wasn't just a simple swap out due to all of the other plumbing in the way. I was worried he would have to rip everything out and start from scratch. A lot of the main plumbing lines needed to be removed in order to get to the leak in the vent pipe. It was also right by the brick chimney in the house. He came back later the following week to make the repairs.

He arrived on time when he said he would and made the repairs in record time at a very reasonable price. For all the work that was needed, I couldn't believe how quickly he got it done. Extremely professional, kind, and even washed the dishes I had in the sink before he left! This all happened right before Christmas and my two young kids were worried Santa wouldn't be able to get down the chimney and were so happy that Bradley saved Christmas.
