“Will is our technician for our property with 48 units. He comes to the property early. He checks the grounds independently and gives us an update. He works with the maintenance staff closely in the units and gives the residence tips on how to prevent any outbreaks Will is always willing to help us set up treatment plans when we do have any issues with roaches, bedbugs, or anything of that nature he has a very kind and pleasant attitude, and he’s always willing to help out. He is very much relied upon here on the property and always helps us make sure that the units are treated and residence understand the requirements of the preventative, maintenance and pest control services.”
