He works with the maintenance staff closely in the units and gives the residence tips on how to prevent any outbreaks Will is always willing to help us set up treatment plans when we do have any issues with roaches, bedbugs, or anything of that nature he has a very kind and pleasant attitude, and he’s always willing to help out.
