Will is our technician for our property with 48 units. He comes to the property early. He checks the grounds independently and gives us an update. He works with the maintenance staff closely in the units and gives the residence tips on how to prevent any outbreaks Will is always willing to help us set up treatment plans when we do have any issues with roaches, bedbugs, or anything of that nature he has a very kind and pleasant attitude, and he’s always willing to help out. He is very much relied upon here on the property and always helps us make sure that the units are treated and residence understand the requirements of the preventative, maintenance and pest control services.
We had one of our annual service calls today. Jim Stein was exceptional. Besides being polite and professional he did a great job evaluating our current situation and making several changes and suggestions that really made sense. We have been so happy with the service from Enviro over the years and today’s call really reinforced our confidence in their ability and commitment
I am very pleased with this company. Eric Beck is absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He addresses any issues that I talk about and takes the time to do his job completely before leaving. He explains everything in detail and always reminds me to not let my dogs outside for 2 hours after her sprays. When he is done he always informs me of any issues or improvements thst he sees. I am beyond impressed with Eric Beck and enviro pest control.
