The cardio classes that Kristy teaches are great!! She is an excellent coach, she goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is great and I’ve never been so consistent with the gym ever until now!
The nurses upstairs at cardio rehab suggested I join the gym. I was on the fence about it but decided to give it a try. Never being a member of a gym I wasn't sure what to expect other than I knew I needed guidance. So I spoke with Sean one of the personal trainers at the gym and filled him in on my health concerns and what my goals were. From that very first time meeting him he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Between Sean, Tim and Chad they make you feel like family and they talk to you not down at you if you have any questions about a machine or proper technique. So grateful I joined this gym to take advantage of their childcare options vs. any other facility. The staff is supportive and professional and I would recommend personal training with Sean to anyone! I’ve made such progress in a short time and I could’t be happier!
