My daughter and I were at Bedford springs to celebrate her 40th birthday. We made a spa appointment for 4:45 for a one hour massage for each of us. It would have been helpful to know when I made the appointments that the spa closed at 6:00 pm. We both finished our wonderful massages, made tea and had strawberries and within two minutes were told no hurry but we are closing at 6:00 pm. It was 7 minutes to 6. End of relaxation lounge, hurry up and get changed and head out. When we were leaving, they were turning off the “spa” music. I had an amazing experience at Springs Eternal Spa with Cassidy last week. One week after my facial, my skin is still glowing and truly looks and feels the best that it has in months. I took Cassidy’s after care/skin care recommendations into consideration, and I’m so glad that I did. My experience was truly the most relaxing hour that I could have ask for, and I couldn’t recommend booking an appointment enough!
The spa at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort was relaxing beyond belief during a cold fall week. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One day I got a lovely massage, and then the next I got a day pass to use the baths and relaxation lounge. Any spa treatment also provides you with access to the baths and lounge. There are beautiful showers in the separate men’s & women’s baths. The spring water made my skin feel great.
