Five Stars isn’t enough. I had planned to buy my openers from one of the big box stores and I’m sooo glad I didn’t. I already had an agreement with Kauffman to supply and install my doors, but I was going to purchase my openers from one of the big-box stores. That would have been a big mistake. The openers I purchased from Kauffman were so much nicer than those big-box openers. I now have the reassurance of knowing that if anything goes wrong with my openers, Kauffman is there to take care of them. No having to deal with the store for support, warranty issues and having to wait weeks or longer to have any issue taken care of.
Kauffman Metals were easy to deal with and very professional. Michael and Ethan were on time, finished quickly, cleaned up and did a fantastic job. Thank You for the great garage doors, many compliments on how they look!!
