Torrential downpour yesterday from Ida and once again I had water seeping into my basement through a crack in the foundation. Should have had that fixed long ago but didn't. Not the first time for this. I usually tackled that job myself, many times in the past, but I'm waiting for back surgery and have to be real careful. Called around to buy a pump but they were all sold out. Then I thought to call Imgrund's, known him for many years, and asked if he took care of that kind of thing. Long story short, he was there to size up the job in a couple hours. We decided to let it go to the floor drains overnight until it quit seeping in.
