I have an old (30+ year) Honda 3011 riding mower that has been amazing for cutting and leaf cleanup. Last year it seemed it was on its last legs with starting, electrical issues and rough running. I had Will from Passmore bring it in for a full tune up. Belts, pulleys, wiring, blade, controls, … the works. It’s like I have a new mower! Start on first try, engages blades smoothly, engine runs extremely smoothly. Thanks Will for the amazing service!
Passmore guided me through every mower option, patiently highlighting each feature along the way. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help. As for the mower itself—it’s fantastic! It cuts my 2-acre yard in half the time compared to my old tractor, delivers a super-smooth ride, and the controls are dead simple. I’m absolutely thrilled with it and have zero regrets.
Okay so there was a little bit of a miss when delivering, they forgot to drop the manual,... long story short, i wrote a negative review which I do feel bad about, but no kidding 20 minutes after posting it, the owner called me, he was super nice, and apologetic, and said he would UPS my material same day, nice, well it arrived next day on a Saturday, i think they hand delivered, ✋️ there was a few pieces of hustler swag too! That was very nice I might add! Two very nice hats, and two tote bags, and if coarse my manual, fit a brief minute I thought I spent my money in the wrong place, but they made it right, and then some!
