A great structured curriculum. A very welcoming team that slowly becomes like family. Not only will jiu-jitsu give you the skills to defend yourself, but the confidence and leadership skills that will translate over to your personal life. Professor Tim is a dedicated black belt, who not only wants to see your jiu-jitsu skills grow, but also is invested in each students personal growth. This has been the best gym environment I have ever been in!!

Coach Tim follows the GB curriculum - teaching to the age and development and ability of each student. My children have developed legitimate self defense skills and blossomed as young athletes. They love being on the team and look forward to going to class.

I drive a half hour each way 4 days a week(most weeks) to come to this gym. Coach Tim creates a welcoming, safe,and inclusive, atmosphere for students of all shapes,sizes,and skill levels. I am so happy I found this place. I have made so many new friends, gotten my self back in shape and lost over 40lb. I recommend this place with out reservation.
