Had him replace a furnace and water heater (closet install) October’22. The water heater high pressure valve was jammed against the closet wall and leaking after installation. No drain tube was attached to the valve. I sent him a text about the situation and no attempt was made to correct the problem. I had to cut a hole in the closet wall to free up the valve and also had to install a proper drain tube myself. This is the worst business experience I have ever had! I called Keller to fix my furnace on an emergency basis since the big storm was on the way. They came out and looked at the furnace. Keller proceeded to tell me they had to head back to their shop to get a part to fix it. I never heard back from them! After several attempted calls that they never returned, I weathered the storm out with no heat and in turn froze my pipes which costed me hundreds of dollars. Thank goodness for another local heating and cooling place that solved the problem. I am elderly and really needed the help and to have a business do this is unacceptable.
