I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I live in Florida and am unable to help my lovely senior parents in their 90's set up a new router, widi tvs, new computer and new printer. And passwords were all forgotten ? This gentleman was kind enough to work them in on a Friday to take care of everything at a price that was more than fair! I am so grateful to have found him and he will be our go-to guy from now on! Thank you so much!!!
