One of the best business experiences so far. Mr. DePaola and his staff was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Best of all, He got it. He understands how important the customer experience is. I was able to get my Business questions answered and explained in common terms that I understand so I could go back to running my business rather than chasing my tail talking to government agencies. Mr Depaola is a very kind and considerate person. We have been going to him for our income taxes for many years. He has helped us in several situations and is very quick in his office and to return calls and message.
