Being Friday the 13th, I am not surprised that our tech, Andrew, had a full day of not nap fun surprised with which to deal. Having said that, he still showed up, late in the day, on a Friday and stayed until we were back in business. He was a great technician, who knew what he was doing, andz walk d me through what had likely happened, and how best to prevent it from happening again. Turns out it was out bladder tank, not the pump (thank goodness). He had it all fixed in under an hour. We have always been very satisfied with the service we have received from Kocher’s.Recently, I called them on a Friday morning because the hot water was discolored. He came that same afternoon and had the issue repaired in an hour. Very reasonably priced and always super nice to deal with. Highly recommended!
Had a pipe burst over the weekend, and they were kind enough to coach us through what we needed to do, and they came out immediately on Monday. Extremely thorough with explaining what was going to happen, and did not upsell us on random things we didn't need (much appreciated these days). They were also very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
