Always great service. Good feedback during cleanout, explains things to keep an eye out for. We have 9 kids living at home so I get this cleanout service done annually. Last year they had to replace the septic pump...perfect job.

He is very thorough and has all the information to help through the process of planning a funeral. It’s so important to have the help you need at such an overwhelming time in your life. And that help for me was John. I can’t thank him and the entire staff enough for being so kind, helpful, and compassionate.

Keith Roe helped us restore the indoor air quality of the home we purchased so we could move in with peace of mind. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable and very diligent. He addressed the root of the mold issue in the home and went the extra mile to not only remove all mold and spores but to also remove the mycotoxins that most contractors and consultants don't even address. They've done a plumbing job a few years ago, and most recently, and I mean in the past few days, came and fixed a furnace problem ASAP and it was the beginning of the first 2024 cold snap, on Black Friday. I had called and left messages for 3 other heating and plumbing businesses and never received a call back. The Yelsits brothers answered the phone and we're on the job in a few hours. That means a lot.
(Pomsky-shiba, 7-8months old) Kristi was very knowledgeable and patient with my pup. Even though my dog was older than most puppies and had no training Kristi was able to work with her and guide me to train her outside of the lessons. Very reasonable prices and wonderful location to train. Had any supplies needed to work the dogs and helped explain things that normally I wouldn't have thought of. Couldn't have asked for better lessons and trainer :)

Josh did a great job replacing the support posts on our front porch! He was on time, efficient, and went out of his way to get the posts we wanted. I would definitely recommend him and we will be using him again in the future!
They have a incredible inventory. If you want stuff no one else carries anymore they probably have it. For the trades this place is awesome. For the non trades... You must have a good idea what you want... Since it is counter service only.

Kevin and his team handled a complex job on our property and from the beginning I was very impressed with how quickly he worked, and more importantly his attention to detail and a high level of professionalism from him and his crew. Not only did he design a patio for us, but addressed several other problems in our backyard from a previous contractor. I can't begin to express how thankful and impressed with are with Kocher's Water Pumps & Tanks Inc. We lost water and had another company come and first told us that our well was dry, then that we had to dig up the water line underground. They didn't complete all appropriate tests to make this assessment but quoted $7000 to complete the job. I almost fainted. There was no way.My husband called Kocher's and from the first phone call they were kind, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! Through each step of the process we were given updates, key pieces of information to make decisions, and felt that we were top priority on their list. The guys were so respectful of our home, our property, and listened to us. Their dedication to helping us made us feel like we were apart of their family. They did not want to stop until every single issue was resolved, and resolved the correct way. They went through so many tests to determine what the issues were and how best to fix them. We found out that there were other issues than what we were told from the previous company. They were here when it was cold, windy, and raining. The day we got our water back, they stayed past 6pm on a Friday while it was raining outside to ensure we had running water. All that while each one of them had a smile on their face and not a single complaint. We can't thank them enough. We just had our old and original driveway totally removed and repaved by JH & Sons Paving, Inc, a multi generation family-owned business. and we are thrilled with the completed job.
My initial meeting and communication with Jim was outstanding -- he explained every step clearly and promptly answered all my questions (even ones I didn't think to ask). The crew arrived right on schedule, worked steadily, and wrapped up exactly when Jim said they would. The was minimal disruption to my driveway access, and they kept the worksite clean and organized throughout.
The estimate was competitive, with no hidden fees or surprise markups. In addition, no deposit was requested; only payment upon completion and our satisfaction. I compared a few bids, and theirs struck the balance of quality, experience and value.

I am really pleased with the work they did to take down the old fence and put the new one up. They were communicative and punctual. Full Circle Property Management sent your company to check out our 38 year old Carrier air conditioner. The original day they were able to come over was Thursday. They c called and said they had a person in the area on Tuesday. It was 98 degrees. Scott the technician repaired my air conditioner in about an hour. Knew the problem right away. Great service. After having such a wonderful experience with Shea, I booked an appointment with Sierra for a good trim. She was very patient taking the time to understand exactly what length and style I was going for. She knew exactly what to add shape and style. By far the best hair cut I have had in a while.

Very helpful. We were able to see the camper we were looking at on line. It's a used camper and it was very clean. Looked closely at the inside and out. They had a good supply of RV needs.
I visited this salon for the first time today, I’ve been to a few other salons and none seemed to compare to this. They had excellent customer service and cleanliness. Michael was my technician and he made me feel so welcomed and genuinely cared about my nails. I will be coming back again for another fill!!
