“My husband and I tackled the renovation & restoration of a 200-year-old stone home on College Hill in Easton. We were making a 900 sq ft stone home (with 1 bed & 1 bath) into a 2700 sq. ft. home with 3 beds & 3.5 baths. This required building up and out from the original structure. No easy feat to marry new building materials to an antique structure. To make matters worse, the architectural plans that we paid for, were very inaccurate. We were losing the look and function of what we wanted; not to mention pass code inspections.
George and his crew were able to work on the fly to troubleshoot the issues and devise new plans that maintained the integrity of our vision. George even made suggestions during these revisions to enhance features that had been overlooked by the architect.
They began the work when they said, kept a tidy and safe worksite, completed on time and stayed in our budget.
We would never have had this overwhelming endeavor go as well as it did…if it were not for George. He saved us and the dream of transforming our home. Our friends and family were in awe of the magnificent final results.“

“In September, I had the folks at Pridemark Construction inject their Retrofoam insulation into my 85 year old brick cape. Unfortunately, I was not aware of them when I engaged a cellulose insulation contractor last year which insulated most of the house from the inside. That process was very invasive and dirty and required me to do final patchwork of holes to interior walls and repainting. I engaged Pridemark this year because they were willing to travel to lower NY State which was about a 2 hour drive each way. I needed them to insulate my kitchen and several other walls which also weren't able to be done by the cellulose insulation firm. Let me first say that I was impressed by their knowledge of their product and services, but also by their additional construction and masonry knowledge overall. This was a more difficult job since they had to drill many holes into the existing exterior concrete joint work which was more difficult and time consuming than drilling through wood. However, not one brick was damaged and the final concrete joint work by them was so good, that you cannot really see where they drilled without getting right on top of the wall and looking very closely. I already notice a difference in the warmth of the kitchen now, versus what it was like on cool / cold days in the past. I cannot say enough good things about the Molinas as professionals and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them.“
