I have really been struggling with my health and my Dr wanted me to see a nutritionist. I called a few weeks ago and requested an appointment. The call went well but, even though the person assigned to me called to schedule and that appointment was suppose to be today. No call, No show, no courtesy What upsets me most is the fact they did this the last time I tried to schedule with them

Unprofessional. Sent conflicting information as to whether an appointment would be virtual or in person. When I called their office to try to get the matter resolved, no one answered the phone and they did not return my call.

I have been meeting with various nutritionist from Family Food for the past two years or more. I look forward to each meeting in that the nutritionists are knowledgeable, full of good information and, every time, I take from the table suggestions to enhance the nutritional value of the food I eat. The nutritionist asks questions on what was last recommended as well as what I'm currently eating and I can bring up concerns about certain foods; the meeting evolves from there. Today's meeting was great and I plan to make the recommended substitution and hope to like it!
