This was my dentist for like 4-5 years. I didn’t realize till I left how poor my experiences were here. Work that I needed to get redone, incorrect diagnoses, and a lack of responsibility for my experiences. I’m never going back.
I was 23 years old when I had my first and only appointment with Dr. Jay Lackman. At that visit, he completed a dental cleaning, obtained X-rays, and recommended the extraction of multiple teeth with placement of implants.
At the time, I had no dental pain or functional complaints, no crowns or major restorations, and only a small number of minor fillings. Several of the teeth identified for extraction had no prior history of decay.
Update: More than ten years have passed since that appointment, and the teeth that Dr. Jay Lackman recommended for extraction remain healthy and intact.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went into the office to have my 6 month cleaning, during the process while the dental hygienist was flossing my teeth, my filling popped out!!! The hygienist stated that shouldn’t have popped out so easy, I replied your office installed my filling just 8 months ago! I was sent home with a big hole in my tooth and was told that they would call me when they could find me an appointment! After not hearing from them for 2 days and being in pain from the hole in my tooth, I called the office and the receptionist stated that she’s still trying to find me an appointment!!! The WORST experience I ever had!!!
