Our luck hasn't been the best lately but luckily we called susquehanna mechanical for a second estimate to replace our gas hot water heater and was quoted at almost half of what Ben franklin did. They literally came out the next day and replaced it for us. Just yesterday our ac unit quit working. We called them first thing in the morning and they were out an hour and a half later. They found the issue, replaced a part, put in some refrigerant and did maintenance (cleaned the coil) and our ac unit was back to blowing cold air. Couldn't ask for better customer service! So thankful they could come out asap, on 2 different occasions too.
