“I was on time for my scheduled appt and I didn't have to wait at all. My stylist, Gwen, took me right away. Its been a while since I last had my hair cut at a salon, so needless to say I looked a hot mess going in. Gwen was awesome. I didn't expect a miracle, but she certainly worked some magic! I look wonderful and I'm very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this place. ?“

“Judy is a fantastic stylist. Her goal is to make you happy. She listens to what you want. She never does her own thing unless you want her to. She knows all hair types and is skilled with hair coloring as well. She uses that for a perfect hairstyle.Liz is Judy's assistant. She does shampooing, mixing color. She schedules all appointments, which keep the salon running smoothly. Great place, great service. Highly recommend you give them a chance.“

“Best haircut I ever had. Steve is talented, not sure if he there still.The The Design Group salon is very clean. Almost too clean. LOL. I don’t mean that in a bad way.And another thing, so I want to say it was 2017 I was there, the person who answers phone I remember said “10 minutes” and I guess that was a cue the owner Gary was coming in, mind you the place is clean so not sure why it was even announced because it wasn’t like there was anything to clean up .. and I am thinking oh no this owner must be mean.. oh no, it was like the king of [insert country] walking through the door. LOL dead serious. Everyone fawned over that man Gary.He called everyone including customers by their name an made sure to give everyone his attention.It’s obvious his staff and customers respect him, and he obviously treats his employees good… With so many places to go, I would pick The Design Group again. “I got a balayage done a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with my experience and my hair! It was my first time getting color, so I had no idea what I was doing or asking for. Tina was very skilled and knowledgeable, and also very kind. My hair was very brassy due to a perm months ago changing the color and Tina helped me pick the perfect colors to balance it out and still look natural. “I got my hair straightened at Get Pampered last Friday and washed it for the first time yesterday. I have to say that the results are outstanding! No more rigorous combing and ironing. No more broken hair in the sink. I can pretty much wash, towel dry, and go with only a little light blow drying and combing. I don't even need as much hair spray as I used to. Today (one day after washing), my hair looks and feels even better than immediately after washing. Maintenance is SO easy now, and I can tell already that I will be able to go longer between washings with better results than before. Barb's service was excellent! Warm, personable, and extremely professional! I wanted for nothing and was made very comfortable during the three hour process for my very long (down to my waist) hair. I cannot recommend the process or service highly enough. Barb's formaldehyde-free hair straightening service is worth every penny! I will definitely be back, and if any of my friends want their hair permanently straightened, I will be sending them to Get Pampered Salon & Spa!“

I was a bit scared to get all of that done with a new stylist but Kim was great she nailed it! She was friendly, speedy and obviously great at what she does. “I've had the same nail tech for 15 yrs she moved. For a yr I've been going crazy trying different people. I've never had an actual salon spa do my nails. I heard good things and I am definitely not disappointed I couldn't be happier! Chyna did then they didn't break peel chip. I really am sooo happy with her n have gotten a ton of compliments. Oh n whole I was gettin my nails done I seen ppl checking out n the cuts color highlights are really good I say that as a cosmetologist myself not just a spectator.
