Helpful and courteous staff! I rented equipment from them when they opened at 0800 on a weekend. There was a line as soon as they opened, but despite this they still did their best to make sure everyone had what they needed. The attention to detail to each customer was very appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic experience with General Rental! We rented tents, tables, chairs, and heaters for my outdoor wedding for ~100 guests, and we couldn’t have had a more easy, seamless experience. From planning, delivery, and pickup, General Rental was incredibly helpful and their customer service is unmatched. We needed to heaters last minute due to a weather change, and they came through for us! I cannot thank them enough for making my outdoor wedding beautiful AND comfortable!

Needed a chainsaw repair when I made appointment, I appreciated their candor letting me know that it wouldn't be as quick of a turnaround as usual due to staff being on vacations.Chainsaw was returned in a good timeframe and they went above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but optimized the chainsaw to run better as well. Courteous, professional, and great work done. Highly recommended!
