“Dr. Young is AMAZING, i was so terrified of the needle but she put this numbing cream on there first so i barely felt the actual needle! after a couple minutes of sitting there, she came in and filled my cavity. i didn’t feel a thing! at my old dentist, i would feel what they were doing, even with the numbing but Dr. Young made it smooth and she’s really quick! she’s also very friendly, along with her assistant Shannon! The dentist took the time to really listen, examine, and make sure nothing was actually wrong with my tooth—only to discover the real issue was TMJ. “Ok, I’m a guy set in my ways and yes can be a coward when it comes to dental work. After patronizing another dentist for over 30 years I was fed up. The old practice didn’t really care about their patients , it seems they cared about their bottom line. Without mentioning that practice I decided to go see Dr. Eckman- I knew him because he is our daughter’s Dentist. I knew he is established and with terrific reputation. I went in for a cleaning and evaluation and just like that- he “listed” to me as an individual. He layed out a plan that I needed and agreed with 100. He gained my trust immediately. Take it from someone who can be anxious about seeing a dentist. Dr, Eckman or as I call him “Doc.” Stepped up with the right plan.I know I made the right move. I have and I will continue to recommend Dr. Eckman. A very nice change to receive personal care vs the outfits with 12 locations- nothing was lost in translation.Very satisfied!“

“First let me say I am not good with dentist or oral surgery. But this office made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Kim was highly recommend by my dentist Erin Britt and he was awsome at explaining everything to me and any concern I had or he had we resolved quickly. Now let me tell you about his staff at the front desk. When I called to schedule the appointment I spoke with Danna. So was so sweet and got me in very quickly. Then when I walked in around 7:45 this morning I got to meet with Shannon a.k.a. (the singer) wow what an awsome person. We talked to each other like we known each other forever. We took care of business and then we joked and carried on like to friends would do. Then after I finished with Dr. Kim came out to meet with Kristen who is another amazing person. She was very perfessional but also very friendly and funny. She had to call my doctor to get clearance for my up coming appointment she took care of that no problem. We all were talking singing laughing it was just so nice to walk in and out of that office with people who make you feel like they really care but also are down to earth and make your day.
