I had an issue with the mulch that I ordered and brought it to the attention of one of the sales clerks at Mulch And More. Today, their manager, Joe came out and took a look at the mulch after having discussed it with the producers of the Mulch.

They are replacing the old Mulch And bringing out new mulch because they want me to be 100% satisfied. That’s what I call. Excellent customer service. I've been buying the natural fine triple shredded bark mulch for the past few years (8 yards/yearly) and it is by far the best quality mulch and the nicest people to deal with. Carl the owner and the customer service assistant Gabriela are very friendly and professional. They truly care about their customers even if you live far from Upper Darby in Blue Bell, PA. Here are photos of the mulch and my gardens. I highly recommend this company to do business with. The delivery was on time and the driver was very nice. I have never seen such a fine natural tripple shredded fine bark NO GARBAGE and chemicals in this mulch. All natural and my shrubs and plants love it. Delco is the best company to buy mulch from.
