Love this place! Kathy & Bruce really know their products and truly care about the well-being of their clients. The shakes and teas are out of this world and the occasional baked goods are to die for! Danielle and Mars are so so so supportive and I wouldn't be on my weight loss journey (and doing amazing) without my sister in law bringing me here. I highly recommend

My family and I have been going here for years and the quality and family friendliness keeps getting better! The shakes and energy punches give me the boost that I need and since their help, I'm down 80lbs!!! It's Clean, bight and cozy!
