I've never given a second thought to find another plumbing business. They are prompt, clean, efficient and always willing to review what will take place. There may be some cheaper, but none do it better with things always being fixed the first time around. I have been using them for 30 years and find all his crew (including his journeyman daughter) very skilled and honest. I hate writing reviews, but this was easy.
We needed a variety of plumbing repairs - new bathroom sink and tub faucets including new shutoff valves, replacing a section of soil pipe, replacing a vintage sink with a wash tub, moving a water heater overflow pipe, and fixing a shower valve. Lou Perti came out promptly and discussed the various jobs we needed done and we were fully informed about worst case and best case scenarios. The pricing was fair and reasonable. When we had a worst case situation we knew immediately what the extra would cost. The crew onsite was knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

Please express my gratitude to the team for an efficient and well-run service. I appreciate that everyone was very respectful to me and our home during the work. Everyone on the team worked well together and didn't hesitate to answer questions and be as helpful as possible. I also appreciate the extra touches to make things perfect.
