THE WORST BUSINESS, DO NOT HIRE Peter is a pathological liar. He renovated our condo and it is inhabitable. He has done this to other people and we were unaware when our Realator recommended him. He will respond to poor reviews by stating that he has tried to fix things but it took a year to finish our project and we still can't stay there.

They have more than 30 years of experience and were recommended by many. On the first day 5-6 workers installed the floors quickly but NOT without damage everywhere to millwork, molding, doorways, baseboards and vents. Day two was worse: the least experienced kid was in charge of installing the quarter round trim. It will need sanding, grouting and replacement in many places before it can be painted and look decent. Better to hire a single craftsman who will not delegate to a novice.

If you are like us you invested in an oriental rug or rugs that you love and plan to keep, use and look at for the rest of your life and hope that your children will want them when you are gone. Part of that investment is to clean them every few years to keep them looking good and fresh. A good rug is made so that it can be cleaned and dried like any fabric. Be smart and use these people to do the job. I understand that it may be a bit intimidating. However, these people are experts and they have the equipment to do the job.
