Before moving to a new home, I worked very closely with Liz Fuller, an Account Manager and now Assistant Manager (well deserved promotion). We worked through every room. What I appreciated about Liz the most was:
1) Responsiveness. Liz was always responsive via phone or e-mail. We were in constant communication. And even though I probably called her more often (I'm Type A), she always answered or responded.

Katherine has been absolutely amazing to work with. Even though my project was small, she never made it feel that way. She asked thoughtful questions and offered beautiful and practical suggestions. She’s very responsive and just really easy to talk to. By far, one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. You can tell she cares about people and what she does. Ask for her if you visit the Ardmore location—you won’t be disappointed!
DWR is owned by the combined Herman Miller and Knoll design houses and so, the world's best designed furniture from their catalogues and more is here. My wife and I find ideas popping in our heads as we walk among the many iconic pieces that so beautifully combine form and function. Over several of our visits we were greatly helped by Liz Fuller who isn't just knowledgeable, she turns out to be a historian about mid-century modern and other styles. She genuinely loves quality design and manufacturing and helped us reach our decisions.. We are so glad we no longer need to rely solely on the catelogue or travel to New York to see, sit and touch the fine furniture of DWR....read full review
