We were introduced to Tim by our real estate broker to address an electrical panel issue identified in an inspection report as we were selling our Bryn Mawr town home. With limited time to respond to the report, Tim was able to get to our home and inspect the panel and provide a proposal within a day of contacting him. We contracted with him and his work was impeccable. He replaced the panel service in a 35 year old home in a single day at a very reasonable cost. We will no doubt call Tim again for any issues we have in our new home as well.
Tim and his team are THE best! We just bought a small fixer upper in Havertown and knew there was live knob and tube in the insulation that had to be removed right away. We also replaced all of the light fixtures, added three ceiling fans (porch, dining room, master bedroom) and added two sconces to the exterior entrance. They were able to get started quickly and worked around the other projects we had going on such as painting and refinishing floors. Highly recommend!
