“Being a home owner of 15 years, I have had an unfortunate experience/situation. My service line had a gas leak, called people’s gas and of course, they had to shut the gas off until repaired. Not having the proper insurance, I was left to pay for the repair myself. The gentleman from the gas company had given me Tyler Bartolommeo card. I called, it went to voicemail, but he did call me back within 20-30 minutes, I explained what happened and what needed to be done, he had given me quote in a timely manner. Needless to say, of course I called around to other plumbing company’s to compare prices (we are on a fixed income, so EVERY cent counts) and after a few days and a few quotes later, Tyler’s company was by far the best! I had estimates that were almost doubled from his price! Once Tyler quoted me a price, (which was in a Friday) he and his crew was at my home 1st thing Monday morning!!! They were very polite, professional, experienced, and fast!!!! I can’t get over the price, it was well worth every single penny! I haven’t had gas for close to a week, he even offered to give us space heaters to keep us comfortable until the job was completed! He went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running properly! He fit us into schedule so that we can have heat and hot water again! He didn’t have to do any of the above, but that just shows that they aren’t just looking for a dollar, but that they genuinely care for their customers and business! They understood that these unexpected situations happen and they handled it with care! It’s companies/people like this that I would definitely keep on speed dial and highly recommend to anyone!!!
