Saturday around 8 PM, a very kind person from the answering service took my call and carefully noted my plumbing concerns. Soon after, matthew from company: Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing & Water Heaters Llc called and explained he was wrapping up another job and would head over next. About an hour later, he called again to say he would arrive in 15 minutes, and he showed up right on time. matthew was very respectful, professional, understanding, and caring the whole visit. i stayed nearby while he checked my basement floor drain, which was clogged and had standing water backing up into the drain tile around the house, causing a few wet spots in the basement.
