Plumbing Pals really save the day for us. Our water heater went on a Sunday night, which happened to be both Mother’s Day and my birthday and we didn’t notice until around 8 PM. I called Plumbing Pals, and even though they didn’t have any appointments until Tuesday, they were able to squeeze us in on Monday to replace our water heater. The team was quick and efficient, explained everything well and truly minimized the disruption to our lives. Plumbing pals are awesome Tommy and his crew can out immediately to unclog my main drain for my rental property in west Philadelphia. I called at around 9am Plumbing Pals arrived at 1pm as promised within the 2 hour arrival window. They jetted the main drain aka sewer line and cleared it immediately. They where highly professional and treated my property with care. Cleaning up the work area as if it was there own home. I highly recommend this company. Also there pricing was reasonable for this emergency situation. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I will be calling them for any of my future Plumbing needs.
