Raging Waters Express Car Wash

I had an excellent experience the first time I took my car here. I went again two days ago, and it really upset me when I saw many different spots on my car that hadn't even been wet, let alone washed. I paid for the second package (middle option) and really regret that I did. The attendant literally sprayed my hood and windshield with water and that was it.
