Auto Spa Xpress provides a convenient 24-hour touchless car wash with self-service booths available. Customers appreciate their quick responses and the free washes offered when issues arise. Many reviews mention that the staff is helpful and friendly, making the experience positive overall. However, some customers have faced problems with equipment, including delays due to door malfunctions and washing arms with missing cover pieces and exposed wires, which can be unsettling. Additionally, there have been reports of limited vacuum spots, with many being chained off, and instances where the wash did not work properly, leaving cars just as dirty as before. Despite these issues, the location is often praised for its good service and value, and some customers have said they will return and recommend it for car cleaning. It is advised to check the status of extra services like car waxing, rain protection, and hot wax during the wash, as there have been concerns about their application.
I am from the Midwest & was on a road trip & staying in the area. Decided to give this place a try since it was near my hotel. I went with the $16.00 Touch-Free Works wash & wow It did a very good job on my SUV! Which was very dirty from all the driving. My new go to wash whenever I am back in the area & I highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this car wash! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a great car wash tunnel, as well as 24-hour self-service options, which is very convenient. Everything was clean, efficient, and easy to use. I definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for great service and convenience!

While looking for mine, he even gave me a similar cover, even though it was slightly the wrong size, just so the bolt on my rear wiper wouldn’t be visible. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it.
I also can’t say anything bad about the car wash itself because I’ve been coming here to wash… read full review
