I had a great experience with Kim and Living Spaces. Anyone can write a review when a project is stellar. My project with Kim hit a bump and due to distance it was not feasible to continue. Kim was kind and polite and even dropped our refund check at our home. Dealing with people with customer service and integrity is rare. Five plus rating, especially because did not go as hoped. Thanks, Kim.

Problem: the house I moved into had a tiny backyard, house was on a slope, the covered back porch had been turned into an all seasons room but the dimensions made it difficult to turn into a functional space. I engaged Kimberly and shared my issues. After doing a walk-through, she understood my dilemma. She began by drawing up plans. I chose the 3D version because I really wanted to understand what this would look like since the backyard had grass, no trees or other landscaping. She recommended Property Pros, who provided demo on the enclosed porch to open it up and deck construction. I now have a beautiful, huge, outdoor space!!
