Clean & warmness excudesProfessionalism & competency. All ofEmployees, are there to help you to getThe haircut & etc. , & everything else.Listening is always paramount & flexible scheduling. When you step into the salon, it feels like home awayFrom home. Courtesy, prompt, easy toAsk questions without feeling ‘embarrassed!! Went there for the first time, for an event that supports Wigs for Kids! Was very anxious about getting my hair cut short for the first time in 30 years! They were all wonderful! Made me feel at ease. Did a wonderful job on a style that fits me. Thank you for the wonderful new haircut!

Michele at gravity is hands down the best hair colorist and stylist I've ever had. She does a phenomenal job with my blonde hair, she keeps it light and bright enough for me while still making sure that it stays as healthy as possible to avoid and repair breakage. The front desk staff is also great. I always feel welcome every time I walk into the salon.
