What, no score of 6 option? Nina was my girl who originally cut my bangs. Nina has been warm and cool (hair pun intended), in her style as well as her consistent kindness, humor, joy, and pride in her art. I’ve been a dedicated customer of almost 15 years and have never looked back. From front desk check in with the lovely Nancy or Rachel to the chairs, I adore Barberella. Trisha, I know I say this all the time, but you have done so well for yourself and have created a wonderful culture-all your girls always tell me how great it is to work there. You know my Therapist self loves to ask about how people feel. Thank you for all you all do. ❤️
