We contracted with Window Perfections to install our new windows. Shortly after contacting Bonnie at their office, Caleb came out for a presentation and estimate. He was friendly and did a super job demonstrating the quality of their product. We were very impressed but held back to await another estimate from a different company. The OKNA window was hands done superior for not much more money. And we knew their windows were far superior to the ones we had installed when we first bought our home. Bonnie was again helpful, cordial and prompt with the few final questions we had. Mark called to finalize things and was very courteous and assuring. The turnaround between the estimate and the start of the job was amazingly quick. Brian, Kenny and Josh wowed us with the installation. They were very hard working, diligent, proficient, courteous, friendly and thorough. They even lengthened their hours to finish the job in one day. These days it is hard to get a good product at a fair price with excellent service, but Window Perfections delivered. And we are overjoyed, appreciative and thrilled with the final product.
Very professional, takes time to listen to what the customer would like to have, no pushy salesman here, their work is beautiful, window is worth the price we paid and very friendly. Great job, we absolutely love the bay window!!!
Window Perfections was incredible! I spent 3 months researching window brands and endured so many endless sales pitches that I became overwhelmed and almost decided against replacing my windows this year. It seemed impossible to find a quality window plus a stellar company to install them, let alone to find them both within our budget. Then I stumbled across Window Perfections and I have been completely impressed from beginning to end. The Okna Windows look fantastic and are every bit the quality I hoped for, but I was even more impressed by the professional work of the installation crew. They are not sub-contractors, but are an expert team employed by Window Perfections. My windows had no frames, so they cut back the aluminum siding and created frames which made the house look so much better. No other window company had even mentioned that as a possibility. They were professional, used quality materials, did expert work, cleaned up as they went, and left the house and windows spotless. It took a day longer than expected, but no charges were added to my bill and they did not rush to get the job completed. I just can't convey how impressed I was with their work AND with the price. The value I received was far greater than most window companies provide. The owner, Mark, is honest and doesn’t play pricing games. I felt completely comfortable trusting his company with this job. I feel lucky to have found this company and can’t say enough good about Mark and his crew.
