Very professional and they mean well, but make sure you do the math before signing the contract.Their market seems to be monied folks that care more about convenience than getting the best value. Not a criticism, just an observation. They heavily advertised the "If you have any issues, just give us a call and we'll send someone over." That's good (especially for the landlord or AirBnB host that has a customer to take care of), but I just really wanted someone to continue to manage the Spectracide traps a previous owner put in place. I presently reside in public housing and the pest control company that they utilize is worthless. Myself and 3 other residents that I know of all have pest control issues that they seem to be unable to address properly. I had to call Terminix and pay out-of-pocket myself to be able to resolve my issues on my own. Unfortunately for my other neighbors, they are still having problems. Since Terminix came to help with my pest control issues, I have had absolutely none ever since. Thank you Terminix, you've been most helpful, and most appreciated. John
