Staff is horrendously incompetent. Ordered 80 ft of pipe last Thursday, needed it for this Wednesday. Was told it would be delivered today, Tuesday before the job. 3:00 in the afternoon, still no delivery so I call. Salesman never printed out the order ticket so I cannot get my pipe on time. Hoping I can find somewhere else to get my pipe before tomorrow morning. My business will never do business with this branch again and I advise everyone to avoid them.

penstan had Kohler shower valve in stock that lowes couldn't order and got shower handle/trim kit in 2 days that lowes said would take 1 month..cost of valve was less than price lowes thought they could order in initially and shower handle cost was within $5..very pleased with service and price
