Could not be more grateful for this place. The first backsplash project I did went array after I let the grout sit too long before wiping it off (i know rookie mistake). We tried everything to get that crap off the tiles. I googled, youtubed, venmo'd, chatgpt'd, everything! Then on my way home from Lowe's with a bucket full of empty hope I just happened to call Long's. They told me to come in and just gave me a tub of grout remover - no questions asked. Took some elbow grease, but we were able to get all of it off. Came out perfect.
I was ready to knock down the wall and start over because at that point - it just felt easier.
We went in looking for tile to use as facing for our fireplace. Honestly, we had no idea what we wanted or what would work. The salesman was super helpful and guided us toward a decision. The cost was very affordable, and the project turned out great. We will use again and recommend.
